With appropriate investment, the project progressed from the laboratory phase to semi-industrial production at the Tehran University School of Pharmacy\u2019s growth center. After completing clinical trials and obtaining the license, by the end of 2015, recombinant human factor VIII (rFVIII) branded as SAFACTO AF, was introduced to the market and made available to patients in need. \n<\/br>\nSince 2010, construction of the industrial production site at the Khorasan Razavi Science and Technology Park in Mashhad began.
